Zachary Cleveland is the owner and clinical director of Gains Behavioral Services LLC. Zachary graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Masters degree in Psychology. Since then he has worked with clients in schools and clinics across Alabama.

Cindy is local to the Sylacauga/Childersburg Community. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors degree Psychology and has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician in the schools over the past year. Cindy chose to bring her skills and passion back to Sylacauga to provide her community much needed support. Cindy plans to pursue her degree in ABA.

Heather Collier is a special education teacher working at Indian Valley Elementary. Heather has worked with children in the educational setting for multiple years and continues to change the lives of her students. Working with children in the classroom was not enough for her. When she heard of the services being offered at Gains, she quickly jumped on board ad began pursuing her certification as a registered behavior technician.

Angel graduated from Hope Christian School and is continuing her education at Central Alabama Community College, where she is pursuing her degree in Nursing. Angel is eager to use her skills to support individuals in their behavioral and developmental journeys.

Destiny graduated from Horseshoe Bend Highschool. She has years of experience working with children and is passionate about supporting kids in their development and finding creative ways to help them thrive. When she is not working, you can usually find her outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, fishing, or at the park with her daughter.
